Forced Days Off

The Able Gamer LogoIf there's one thing that really pisses me off about being "disabled" it's this. I woke up this morning intending to put in a full day (4-8 hours) working on the site. About 15 minutes after I get out of bed, my body decides that it wants to disagree with me today. My left arm is totally seized up, and forcing myself to use it causes a great deal of pain throughout my whole side and chest. Not an ideal situation for a guy that works with his hands all day, and has had panic attacks because of chest pain in the past.

I knew that when I started this "business" I'd have days or even weeks like this, but when it happens it's still extremely frustrating for me. Generally if I can't type without pain, productive gaming (for reviews, etc.) is next to impossible too. I've got three games on the go for review, my forums still aren't up yet and of course, there's press releases coming in all day.

Physical pain is one thing to deal with, but as bad as it can get it's nothing compared to the pain of feeling like I can't do what I want to. I don't expect to get much done today, but I'm stubborn and have a high tolerance for pain, so you never know...
